[ Billy shows up on time (well, mostly) with an empty box tucked under one arm so he can pretend he's delivering something and avoid getting the stink-eye from anyone who thinks he doesn't belong on this floor.
He sees Steve and smiles. ] Package for Mr. Harrington?
[ There is a package for Mr. Harrington, but it's not in the box. Billy's still covered in a layer of coal dust from the day's work, as much as he tried to wipe his face off. The showers in third class are flaky at best. ]
[ For half a moment Steve's face lights up with a rush of affection. But a second later he catches himself, completely baffled by the feeling. He's known Billy for what, a few weeks? It doesn't make sense. Even if he feels like his heart's been skipping a beat whenever he sees the guy, they're still relative strangers.
He tries to cover by making at face at that terrible innuendo. ]
That's me. Come on. [ The less time spent in public up here with Billy, the better. There are some scandals he doesn't want getting back to his parents. ]
[ Billy even follows a few steps behind, no matter how much he wants to get in real close and give that ass a nice, firm squeeze.
He wants to resent this rich kid and everything he stands for, but...he's so damn pretty, and just looking at him is enough to calm Billy's nerves. Steve Harrington isn't part of his crew. Isn't family. But in a way, it feels like he is.
He stays silent until they get to Steve's room, not wanting to rouse suspicion in anyone who happens to be passing by. ]
[ It isn't far, and the few staff they meet on the way don't give them a second look. Steve gets the door, doesn't bother to lock it behind Billy when he gets in, but pulls off his hat instead. ]
Welcome to the third biggest suite on the titanic. All for me.
[ He waves a hand around the parlor, suddenly very aware that right now it isn't just for him right now. ]
Hardly. You should see all the gold leaf they've got in the presidential suit-- [ He trails off as Billy just wanders into a room. ]
Hey, hey, hey! Don't just sit on there. You're covered in-- I don't even want to know what you're covered in. Try washing it off a little before the help starts asking if I've been rolling around in the fireplace.
You didn't tell me I had to shower before I got here.
[ He rolls his eyes. The last thing he wants to to go all the way back to third class and take a cold, weak shower with the rest of the engine workers. ]
[ Steve crosses his arms, not at all taking that attitude. ]
Lucky for you there are three baths you can choose from, one even with an ocean view. I've even found you a something to wear that's clean for after. [ Getting Billy cleaned up had been part of his plan all along. Steve is prepared. ]
Three baths. [ Flat because wow, rich people are really ridiculous. ] Well, I'm not going to turn down an ocean view.
[ He unbuttons his shirt and crumples it up into a ball. Though he thinks about throwing it on the floor, the last thing he needs is Steve complaining about dirt on the carpet. ]

[ And before Steve can do anything he's about to go sit on one of the extra beds. It looks softer than any bed he's ever slept on.
He's definitely going to leave a coal dust stain there if Steve doesn't stop him. ]

Also Steve is totally fine with Billy being shirtless. This is fine. It's fine. ]
Come on. [ The ocean-view bathroom is the biggest one, the bathtub sitting right beside a long window on one side of the room. Not portholes here. ]

[ He tosses the shirt over to Steve so he can hang it up or whatever rich people do with their clothes instead of throwing them on the floor.
He follows him into the bathroom and whistles as he takes a look around. ] Christ. This bathroom's bigger than my entire cabin.

Then he takes in the size of the bathroom.]
... maybe just a bit bigger.

[ And his cabin was made to fit four beds. ] It's not gonna be cold, is it?
[ The showers in third class were cold and unpleasant. He'd give a lot for a nice warm bath. ]

[ And just to prove him, he'll come and start filling up the tub, letting the water run over his hand until-- ]
See? They probably warm it up near the engines or something.

[ He rolls his eyes. This rich boy clearly doesn't know what it's like to be in third class. But...he's cute.
Without warning, Billy starts to take off his belt, and then his pants. ] It's been so long since I've had a good wash.
[ He sighs with relief, down to nothing but his underwear now. ]
